Our WORK sessions are all about getting you fitter.

These sessions are designed around building up your fitness levels with some high-intensity intervals, some more endurance-based work and of course some hard work to put you in that uncomfortable place.
We have a saying at B2B: “A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there”. For this reason alone, we base our sessions around challenging you to dig deeper.
